Overview
The brushes are in contact with the commutator (or collector ring) in the motor as sliding contacts for conducting current and improving commutation. The quality of the brushes directly affects the performance of the motor and is an important component of the motor.

Product technical parameters
The insulating pad in contact between the brush and the spring pressure finger is designed as an integral structure with baffles on both sides to prevent the electric shock from vibrating during operation and deflecting the pressure finger, while the rubber pad and the insulation pad are bonded into one by gluing, which is more convenient for the transmission of spring pressure.
