Overview
CRH series high-speed rail adopts disc brake principle, compact structure and high braking efficiency. The friction body base and steel back are connected by hemispherical sockets, which can make better contact between the friction body surface and the dual surface. Disc brakes can make full use of the dynamic adhesion coefficient, which can adapt to the increase of speed and reduce the wear of the wheel tread. The friction body adopts copper-based powder metallurgy technology, which can change the composition of the material in a large range, and can avoid defects such as shrinkage loosening, shrinkage holes, prism segregation of material structure and grain growth in the traditional manufacturing process. Therefore, the mechanical properties and friction and wear properties of the friction body can be improved. The matrix of the friction body is copper-based, which reduces the affinity between the friction material and the dual disk, reduces the wear of the dual, and adapts to higher speeds.
